What is your return and exchange policy?
We gladly accept returns of unworn, undamaged merchandise purchased online for a refund or exchange within 60 days of the original purchase.
Select items including accessories, socks, personalized footwear, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Footwear marked as “SALE” ending in $.98 are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
There are no fees associated with online returns or exchanges of full-priced footwear. Footwear marked as “final sale” is eligible for exchange only.

How do I figure out my shoe size?
Our shoes are sized according to European (EU) whole size standards.

We want to ensure you find your perfect fit, risk-free! If you’re between sizes or have never tried a pair of our shoes before, we offer free shipping and free returns on all full-priced footwear. You can order multiple pairs to find the best fit and return any pairs that are not quite right.
How should my clogs fit?
The correct size should allow for about a pinky width of space between your heel and the back lining of the clog. Each style page includes a video showing how your clogs should fit.
