How it works

purecomfortshoes.com gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged merchandise purchased online for a refund or exchange within 60 days of the original purchase.

Select items including accessories, socks, personalized footwear, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Footwear designated as “SALE” ending in $.98 are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Item exchange is subject to availability, or store credit will be issued.

If your item is damaged and your purchase date falls outside of our standard 60-day return window, assistance is available through our return process.

How much do returns cost?

There is no fee or cost associated with online returns on all full-priced footwear purchases.

Please note that returns for Alaska and Hawaii require special handling, and we do not accept exchanges for either state.

How do I start a return?

Visit our Return Center to start your return. You’ll need your order number and either the email address associated with your purchase or the shipping zip code. Step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label will be provided via email.

Can I make an exchange?

Yes! For exchanges, simply follow the same steps outlined above and choose your new size or new item after selecting the item you’ll be sending back.

There is no fee or cost associated with an exchange.

Do I need to return the product in its original packaging?

Please include the original shoe box for footwear returns and remove the original shipping labels. You may ship your return in your preferred packaging. We just ask that it’s shipped in a container that protects the merchandise.
